Check that all parts are properly and securely connected and clean. Even a small part that is not fitted correctly or is worn can cause a loss of vacuum. In the box, you will find an extra set of valves. Try replacing them. You can also swap parts between both bottles to find out where the issue lies. Also, make sure you are using the correct size adapter. A size that is too small or too large can result in less milk production or an improper vacuum. Use the measuring card from the box or contact us if you are unsure. We will gladly send a different size to try.
Use a standard adapter of up to 5 watts. Fast chargers or overly powerful chargers can cause malfunctions. You can also try a different USB cable or adapter. Hold down the power and plus buttons simultaneously. This can help reset any potential malfunction. Is the motor still not working or does it seem not to charge? Then send us a short video showing how you are trying this. This way, we can look along with you directly.
Start with the stimulation mode or massage mode to initiate the milk flow. Then switch to the pump mode or automatic mode. Increase the suction power only if it feels comfortable. Everyone experiences this differently, so feel free to try what works best for you.
Wireless Bottle Warmer
Check whether the rings are properly and correctly positioned. Also, make sure the adapter fits well. For bottles of 53 millimeters, it sometimes works better without the adapter. Fill the bottle warmer with water and calmly check where it might be leaking.
Use a standard USB cable and try a different adapter if necessary. Make sure the bottle warmer is upright and making good contact with the surface. We recommend fully charging the bottle warmer from zero to one hundred percent a few times at the beginning. Does the problem persist? Then send us a short video showing what happens during charging. This way, we can help quickly and effectively.
